What counts as a Drop?
Anything you release to a chosen group of members: a limited product run, a presale, a restock they get first, an event invitation, or a custom link to something off-Shopify. If your best customers should see it before (or instead of) everyone else, it’s a Drop.
Does this replace Shopify?
No. Members Only works alongside Shopify and syncs your customers and products. Your store stays exactly as it is.
Do customers need another account?
No. Customers simply receive a Members Only Drop link by email. No logins, no apps.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular store invoice using the payment method you already have on file. There’s no separate checkout, and you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Can I sell paid memberships?
Not yet. Paid Memberships (your customers paying you for access) are currently in development. That’s a separate thing from your plan subscription, which Shopify bills.
